(b) you are a person barred from receiving the service under the laws of countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service.

Klubfunder.com will keep a record of user registration details and details of any gaming or competition entries and game selections made by a user during the period the user remains registered on the site and for a period of 7 years thereafter.

Klubfunder.com will keep a record of organiser registration details and details of any competitions or game setup by an organsier during the period the organiser remains registered on the site and for a period of 7 years thereafter.

The rules for the Last Man Standing Game are:

• 1. Each week, simply pick a team playing that week to win – if your team wins, you go through; lose or draw and you're out.
• 2. You can only pick a team to win once so be tactical about who you pick and when
• 3. All selections must be in before the game week closes. This is normally 60 minutes before the first game starts
• 4. Should you forget to make your selection in any week, you will automatically be assigned the first team that you have not selected in alphabetical order. (A reminder email will be sent out so you do not forget).
• 5. If your team's game is postponed you are automatically put through to the next round, and you cannot select that team again.
• 6. If more than one participant remains at the end, the accumulated ‘scored for' of their selected teams will determine the winner.
• 7. If the remaining players ‘scored for' points are equal then there will be joint winners.

The rules for the Score Predictor Game are:

• Each week, simply predict the scores for a set fixtures within your competition
• Points are awarded to a player based on how close their prediction is to the actual score of the game. See details below as to how points are calculated
• All selections must be in before the game week closes. This is normally 60 minutes before the first game starts
• If you do not make your predictions for a gameweek, all your predictions will be submitted as a 0-0 draw. (A reminder email will be sent out so you do not forget).
• The member with the most points at the end of the competition will be the winner
• If there is more than one member with the most points then there will be joint winners.

During the registration process you will be asked to enter a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

You agree to
(a) immediately notify Klubfunder.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
(b) ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. Klubfunder.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
